The Michigan Society of Histotechnologists was incorporated in 1973. The MSH has operated under the original by-laws, established at that time. A recent by-laws revision was voted on and the results announced at the MSH Annual Scientific seminar.
The MSH By-Law revision was ratified with a 2/3 majority vote.
