Presented to an individual who contributes significantly to the field of histotechnology in Michigan.

Nominee need not be an MSH member.

The coveted award consists of recognition with a plaque and a $50.00 check.

Write a brief paragraph outlining the areas of outstanding service that the candidate has done in the state for MSH. Include talks, workshops, offices, etc.

Write a brief paragraph outlining any articles that the candidate has written that have benefited the members of MSH.

Write a brief paragraph outlining any other organization(s) that the candidate is a member of, and how this involvement benefits the members of MSH. (examples- NSH, ASCP, NAACLS, etc.)

Write a brief paragraph on any facts you believe characterize the candidate, and why you believe the candidate should receive the Budinger Award (use additional paper if necessary).
